Cynthia Iwuagwu

Cynthia Iwuagwu is an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd., having joined the organization in November 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Experience Centre Associate in Commercial, SME, and Retail Banking at Heritage Bank Plc from September 2014 to December 2023, where responsibilities included acquiring and managing customer relationships, developing high-quality advisory relationships, and delivering financial solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises. Earlier in career, Cynthia worked as IT personnel at Mainstreet Bank Capital Limited from 2013 to 2014, providing first-level support for IT-related issues. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, earned in 2011.
