Eta Eteta-Ita has over a decade of diverse experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a Senior Fraud & General Investigations Analyst at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since July 2013. In this role, Eta leads a team in designing and automating the Bank’s Fraud Register, delivers monthly reports to regulatory bodies, and investigates fraud cases, providing timely reports and recommendations to management. Prior to this, Eta held positions including Business Development Manager at Pinnacle Field Limited and various roles such as Customer Care Officer and Relief Cash Officer at Oceanic Bank, demonstrating a well-rounded background in operations and customer service. Eta began a career in the field of ICT as a Trainee Trainer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and also gained early experience as an intern at the Cross River State Rural Water and Sanitation Agency. Eta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Calabar and a WASSCE in Physical Sciences from Hope Waddell Training Institution.
