Hyelda Shatima ACA, FMVA® is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and consumer education. Currently serving as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager and Management Associate at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since October 2020, Hyelda has previously worked at Union Bank of Nigeria from February 2017 to October 2020, where roles included Consumer Education & Analytics and involvement in Customer Protection and Complaints Management as a team member. Hyelda began a career in finance as a Management Trainee at Union Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting obtained from the University of Maiduguri between 2008 and 2012.
