Lekan Aremu

Lekan Aremu is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Public Sector Product Manager and Regulatory Affairs in the Transaction Banking Division at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since May 2018. Responsibilities include developing product strategies, defining budgets, conducting market research, and overseeing product performance in collaboration with sales teams. Lekan has previously held roles as Head of Financial Services and Finance Team Lead, providing advisory services and managing investment activities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Officer and Accountant at the Ministry of Finance, where responsibilities involved managing treasury accounts and financial record-keeping. Lekan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, earned in 2014.
