Obinna Obiechefu

Obinna Obiechef has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since September 2009, where an asset portfolio of approximately N30 billion is managed. Notably, Obinna pioneered the Transaction Banking HelpDesk, improving complaint resolution turnaround time from over 72 hours to within 24 hours, achieving an impressive average performance score of 94%. Prior roles include serving as a MoneyGram Service Officer, supporting over 400 branches, and a Front Office Consultant at FirstContact, engaging with over 500 customers weekly. Earlier experience includes working as an Accounts/Finance Officer at Manifold Computers Limited. Obinna holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
