Kathleen Hay

Kathleen Hay is currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at First Bank of the Lake since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kathleen held multiple positions at Unity Bank from September 2011 to December 2023, including Vice President, SBA Business Development Executive, and Vice President, Loan Closing Manager. Kathleen's experience also includes a tenure as Vice President at CIT Small Business Lending Corporation from March 2001 to March 2011, where responsibilities included leading national closing and construction departments. Earlier in their career, Kathleen served as Asset Disposition Manager at AT&T Capital (Newcourt) from October 1985 to November 1999, managing a $3 million annual budget and leading a team of support personnel. Kathleen has attended community college for education.
