Adam Blanton, MBA, serves as the Fraud and Security Manager at First Bank Richmond, overseeing corporate fraud and security for a banking institution with over one billion in total assets. As a Managing Partner at Essential Elements, Adam specializes in security consulting, threat mitigation, and policy implementation for diverse sectors. In the role of Master Instructor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Adam trains individuals in the National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Program to recognize and prevent violence. Additionally, Adam is a Task Force Officer with the FBI's Indy Field Office, focusing on robbery and fraud.
