Doug Lopp

Doug Lopp is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Information Officer at First Bank since December 2023, where a strong focus on building high-performing teams is evident. Previously, Doug held the role of Head of Technology Innovation and Disruption, Managing Director at First National Bank of Omaha from September 2012 to December 2023, leading initiatives like the development of a "Greenfield" credit card as a service API platform. Doug has also served as Principal Architect within FNBO, bridging business and technology, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Prior experience includes over a decade at ACI Worldwide where significant contributions were made as Principal Software Architect and Manager of Development, notably designing ACI's BASE24 GUI platform. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Northwest Missouri State University.
