Jen Howard

Jen Howard is an experienced professional in loan operations, currently serving as Loan Operations Manager at First Bank since July 2019, following roles as Operational Analysis Lead and Loan Services Supervisor. Prior to First Bank, Jen was a Commercial Loan Assistant III at Simmons Bank for a brief period due to a merger and held the position of AVP Loan Operations at Reliance Bank from August 2010 to April 2019. Jen began their career in loan operations at Truman Bank from January 2006 to August 2010. Educationally, Jen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Bradley University.
