The Leadership Team at First Baptist Church of Glenarden, comprising the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Ministry Officer, and COO, is responsible for strategic decision-making and operational oversight. They ensure the church's financial health, oversee ministry programs, and manage daily operations to support the mission of "Developing Dynamic Disciples through Discipleship, Discipline, and Duplication."
