Beverly Wood

Beverly Wood, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the HR and Talent Acquisition field. Beverly most recently served as the Director of People Experience & Belonging at First Batch Hospitality since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nando's PERi-PERi North America, where they held the positions of Director of Talent from November 2020 to November 2022 and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition from July 2018 to November 2020.

Before joining Nando's, Beverly worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill, starting as a Recruiting Strategist in June 2012. Beverly then advanced to the role of Lead Recruiting Strategist in June 2014 and eventually became the Regional Recruiting Manager in September 2015, a position they held until July 2018.

Beverly'searlier experience includes working at Marriott International/Aon Hewitt as a Recruiting Support Associate from October 2009 to June 2012. Before that, they served as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Freddie Mac from March 2008 to October 2009.
