Vyacheslav Belyaev

Vyacheslav Belyaev has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Vyacheslav currently holds the position of CIO at the company "Первый БИТ" since November 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of IT Department at "Группа компаний Нефтетранссервис" from April 2018 to November 2019. Before that, they were the Deputy CIO and Head of Global IT-Service for Business at Faberlic from May 2016 to April 2018. Vyacheslav also held the position of Head of IT Department at "Аэроклуб" from February 2010 to May 2016 and CIO at Big Master from March 2009 to February 2010. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of IT Services at Comstar - United Telesystems from February 2005 to February 2009 and as the Head of IT at LLC ProJect from September 2001 to February 2005.

Vyacheslav Belyaev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from Moscow State Technological University "Stankin" in 2005, followed by a Specialist diploma in the same field from the same university in 2007. In addition, they acquired certifications such as the ITIL® Operational Support and Analysis Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2017, and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the same institution in December 2013.
