Waleed Hamdy

Waleed Hamdy is an experienced IT professional with a background in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Fortive since October 2017, Waleed is responsible for the MENA region and operates under FirstBit Dubai. Prior to this role, Waleed worked as a Technical Support Engineer at First BIT, providing remote and onsite support to clients. Experience also includes a position as a Junior Network Engineer at Golden Five Hotels, where monitoring network devices and systems was a key responsibility, and as a Technical Support staff at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, focusing on network monitoring and troubleshooting. Waleed holds a BSc in Management Information Systems from the High Institute for Computer and Management Information Systems, obtained in 2015.
