Jenna Greenspan Mpa

Jenna Greenspan, MPA, has a diverse background in various roles related to user experience, communications, and partnership development. Jenna has worked at First Book since 2012, starting as a Member Services Coordinator before progressing to roles such as Partnership Development Coordinator, User Experience and Communications Manager, Senior Manager of User Experience, and Director of User Experience. In their most recent position at First Book, Jenna serves as the Senior Director of Network Engagement, where they oversee the growth and activation of the organization's network of educators. Prior to joining First Book, Jenna worked at the U.S. Department of Education in the Office of Outreach and Communications, and they also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Everybody Wins! DC.

Jenna Greenspan, MPA, received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and American Government from the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at George Mason University, specializing in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and Education Policy, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
