Jules Appleton has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2008, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Big Brothers Big Sisters. In the same year, they also served as a Co-Leader for the International Leaders Camp at Volunteers for Peace. In 2009, Jules joined City Year as a Heroes Corps Member. In 2010, they worked as a GYSD Assistant at Youth Service America. From 2011 to 2013, Jules worked at First Book as an Engagement Coordinator. They then progressed to become the Manager of Network Insights from 2013 to 2018, and finally assumed the role of Senior Manager, Network Insights until mid-2020. Currently, Jules is working as the Director of Research & Insights at First Book.
Jules Appleton completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing from Ithaca College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management from the School for International Training, attending from 2008 to 2010.
