Nicole Thomas M.ed.

Nicole Thomas, M.Ed., serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at First Book, where responsibilities include conducting audits for organizational quality, managing the Member Services team, and developing an auditing strategy while utilizing systems such as Magento and Salesforce. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant to School Operations for the District of Columbia Public Schools, where tasks involved improving attendance reporting and community engagement. Additional roles include providing customer service at the DC Government's Department of Treasury and contributing to educational support as part of Jumpstart of Philadelphia. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Education from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Temple University.
