Dean Franklet

Dean Franklet is the Interim Head of Data and Analytics at First Bus, where they lead the transformation towards a data-driven organization focused on enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Previously, they served as a Transformation Manager at First Bus, collaborating with the Executive team to improve Digital, IT, and Data & Analytics capabilities. Dean's earlier role as a Consulting Manager at KPMG in New Zealand involved managing large-scale reporting transformations and developing business strategies for prominent companies. They hold a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Canterbury, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance. Outside of work, Dean is passionate about sports and has participated in leadership programs such as the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA).
