Troy Fickert

Troy Fickert is an experienced supply chain leader, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Data and Analytics at Hunter Douglas, Inc. since October 2019, where responsibilities include business analytics, data governance, and the development of comprehensive analytics related to supply chain operations. Prior to this role, Troy held key positions at Gates Corporation, including Director of Supply Chain and Director of Global S&OP, overseeing purchasing and inventory management. At Johns Manville, Troy managed SIOP teams and optimized planning processes for numerous facilities. Troy's earlier experience spans various roles in companies such as Pactiv and Tommy Armour Golf, focusing on supply chain optimization, S&OP processes, and distribution strategies. Troy holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from DeVry University.
