Martin Hirst is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in revenue management and customer proposition development within the transport and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue and Customer Proposition at First Bus since October 2017, Martin leads the Customer Proposition Team, focusing on customer strategy, insight, experience measurement, and pricing strategy. Prior to this role, Martin held various senior positions at Boots Hearingcare, including Retail Director and Commercial Director, where responsibilities encompassed growth initiatives and team leadership. Martin's career began at Boots Opticians, advancing from a Graduate Management Trainee to Regional Hearingcare Manager. Educated in Business Studies at Leeds Beckett University, Martin also holds a Certificate in Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
