Will Pearson CMILT

Will Pearson CMILT is currently the Head of Operations at First Bus, overseeing six depots and approximately 1,700 driving staff across North and West Yorkshire. They began their career in the bus industry as a driver in 1995 and have held various positions within First Group, including Business Manager and Operations Director. Prior to their extensive experience in transportation, they served in the Armed Forces from 1985 to 1994. Throughout their career, Will has demonstrated strong leadership skills in project management and team development.
