Dawn Wilcox

Dawn Wilcox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and security compliance, currently serving as the Director of IT Security & Compliance and Vice President - Information Technology Officer at First Business Bank since December 1995. Prior to this role, Dawn held the position of Supervisor - Information Technology at Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation from 1986 to 1995. Dawn's educational background includes ongoing studies in Leadership Excellence at MRA Institute of Management and Bank Technology Management at the Graduate School of Banking, alongside significant coursework in Information Technology Leadership at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. Dawn also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems and Services from Upper Iowa University and has attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
