Violet Hickox

Violet Hickox is the current Vice President of Accounts Receivable Financing at First Business. Violet has over 23 years of experience in commercial finance, underwriting, and working capital financing.

Hickox began their career in commercial finance at CIT in 1996. Violet rose through the ranks quickly, becoming Vice President within seven years. In 2002, they left CIT to join GMAC Commercial Finance as Vice President of Underwriting. Violet spent four years there before joining Summit Financial Resources in 2009.

At Summit, Hickox served as Vice President of Underwriting for ten years. During their tenure, they were responsible for underwriting working capital financing for small and medium-sized businesses. In 2019, they left Summit to join First Business.

Violet Hickox has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University.

Violet Hickox works with Mark Meloy - CEO, First Business Bank Board Member, Marty Ferguson - Managing Director of SBA Lending, and Bryan Swanson - SVP, Director of Commercial Banking. Violet Hickox reports to Corey A. Chambas, President & CEO.
