Carole Dempsay is an experienced operations manager and paramedic with a strong background in event and festival medicine. Since December 2016, Carole has been leading operations at Event Medical Solutions, a trusted provider of medical professionals for events. Concurrently, Carole has been serving as a paramedic at First Call Ambulance since September 2016, focusing on emergency medical response for a large resort and convention space, while managing worker compensation needs for 3000-4000 employees. Previously, Carole worked as a paramedic at Professional Medical EMS from 2008 to 2011.
