Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at First Call Environmental since February 2023, Dale has a notable background as Field Operations Supervisor at HEPACO, LLC, from January 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing Hazmat tasks for industrial operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing on-site projects. Prior experience includes roles as Field Supervisor at Environmental Management Specialists, Inc., and Superior Environmental Solutions, fulfilling similar supervisory duties in industrial service operations. Earlier in the career, Dale worked as a Driver Trainer at Rumpke Waste & Recycling and as a Class A Driver at US Foods, following military service in the US Army as Military Police.
