Bisswadip Goswami

Bisswadip Goswami, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, has over 14 years of work experience. Bisswadip is currently working as the Information Security Lead at FCT, where they have deployed multiple Qualys scanners to improve scanning efficiency. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant as a Network Security Consultant, where they specialized in vulnerability assessment, network access control, and email security. Bisswadip also served as a Senior Network Analyst, responsible for implementing and troubleshooting routing and switching changes, as well as migrating VPN tunnels. Before joining Cognizant, Bisswadip worked at MH Al Mana Group as a Senior System Engineer, providing technical support and participating in technology audits. Bisswadip started their career as a System Engineer at Cyber Synergy Pvt. Ltd. and later worked as a Freelance Consultant at Intelligence Sensorium Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Bisswadip Goswami completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2002 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School from 1987 to 2000, focusing on Biology/Biological Sciences. Additionally, Bisswadip has obtained several certifications over the years, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA (obtained in 2023), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² (obtained in 2020), ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in 2014), and others such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Cisco Certified Network Professional, MCPD: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, ASP.Net Application, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
