Jemma Elsdon possesses extensive experience in the financial and customer service sectors, having worked at FCT since February 2003 in various analytical roles, including Business Analyst for LLC/Residential Lending Solutions, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Operations Analyst. Prior to FCT, Jemma held positions as a Customer Service Representative in the Residential Title Insurance call center and worked in processing at AIC Mutual Funds. Jemma began a career in finance at AGF Management Limited, focusing on financial adjustments. Educationally, Jemma holds a Bachelor's Degree from Glendon Campus of York University.
