Nova Starr

Nova Starr, CHRP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at FCT since September 2023, previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator at IPEX Group of Companies and as a Human Resources Assistant in Workforce Planning at Mount Sinai Hospital. Nova has also functioned as a Recruiter for Junction Collective, supporting the advertising industry, and contributed as a Human Resources Intern at The Hospital for Sick Children, where analytical skills were applied to improve leadership training programs. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, a Master's degree in Linguistics from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor's degree in Languages & Literatures from Wilfrid Laurier University.
