Rutledge Baker has a diverse background in the banking and business development industry. With experience ranging from commercial lending to business operations, Rutledge has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Graduating from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s Degree, Rutledge has transitioned from roles at CresCom Bank to United Bank before joining Guilded Horn as the Owner and Director of Business Operations. Currently, Rutledge is serving as the VP of Commercial Lending at First Capital Bank. Prior to this, Rutledge held positions at On the Level Business Partners and the National Golf Course Owners Association.
