Vicky Sipple has extensive work experience in the banking and loan servicing industry. Vicky began their career as a Mortgage Loan Closer at Nationwide Lending Group, Inc. in 1986. Vicky then worked as a Lending Assistant/Mortgage Loan Closer/CSR/Teller at South Carolina Federal Savings & Loan from 1988 to 1993. Vicky continued their career at First Citizens Bank as a Lending Assistant from 1995 to 1998.

In 1998, Vicky joined Southcoast Community Bank, where they held multiple roles over 18 years. Vicky started as a Loan Officer and helped develop the consumer and commercial loan department. Eventually, they became the Loan Servicing Manager, overseeing a 400 million dollar loan portfolio and managing a team of 7. Vicky'sresponsibilities included loan data entry, payment processing, escrow administration, and compliance with regulations. Vicky also worked with examiners, auditors, and lenders to assist with loan modifications and restructuring.

After leaving Southcoast Community Bank, Vicky worked as an Office Manager at Herlong Chevrolet Buick in 2016. Vicky managed day-to-day office activities and oversaw accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and human resources.

In 2018, Vicky joined South State Bank as a Loan Servicing Maintenance Manager. Vicky was responsible for managing loan operations maintenance and payment processing teams. Vicky'srole included problem resolution for loan servicing, loan maintenance requests, and servicing specialty lending products.

Most recently, Vicky became the Director of Loan Operations at First Capital Bank in December 2019.

Vicky Sipple completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Charleston Southern University from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Strom Thurmond High School, where they completed their high school education.
