Botshelo Chimanga

Botshelo Chimanga has a strong background in credit collections management, currently serving as the Collections Manager at First Capital Bank since May 2019. Previously, Botshelo held the position of Team Leader in the Credit Collections Department at BancABC from May 2014 to May 2019, overseeing the collections portfolio for retail, micro and small enterprises (MSE), and corporate clients. Prior to that, Botshelo worked as a Credit Collections Specialist at Furnmart & Afritec Finance from October 2004 to May 2014. Educationally, Botshelo earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from MANCOSA between 2018 and 2020.
