Lovemore Mangenda

Lovemore Mangenda was appointed to his new role as Head of Compliance, pending RBZ approval, after serving as COO for the past two years. Lovemore has over 25 years’ experience within the banking sector. His last role, before joining Operations was as Head of Risk where he led the Risk team as a principal key risks owner for Credit, Market, Capital and Operational risks. Prior to this, he was responsible for various portfolios in the Finance department for close to 12 years. Lovemore is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Banking Diploma, Hons Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (UNISA) and a Master of Business Administration Degree (NUST).
