Lucy Wu

Lucy Wu, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned Senior Property Accountant with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Since September 2014, Lucy has been with First Capital Realty Inc., where responsibilities include preparing budget variance analyses, rent reviews, and joint venture financial statements, as well as actively participating in annual property budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes. Previously, Lucy worked at Metcap Living Management Inc. as a Property Accountant, overseeing full accounting cycles and monthly reporting for a portfolio of residential properties, and contributed to the annual budgeting and audit processes. Early career experience includes an accounting role at The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, where Lucy handled sub-ledger reconciliations and assisted in budget preparation and auditing tasks. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Management from Western University and completed CMA Ontario certification between 2011 and 2012.
