Sue Klinner

Sue Joined First Capital in 2012. Sue has over 30 years combined experience in construction and commercial real estate and 20-plus years in internal audit, and business process, as well as experience in property and corporate accounting. Prior to joining FCR, she was previously the VP of Compliance and Internal Audit for various Brookfield entities. Sue oversees the Internal Audit, MDM, and A/P functions as well as management of the company’s Bill 198 Program, ERM Program, and advisory services on process and controls. Sue holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. She also serves as a member of the BOMA Canada Cyber Security Committee. Sue also serves on a number of FCR committees/taskforces including ESG, Continuous Improvement COE ( Centre of Excellence), IT Steering Committee, and the FCR Foundation.
