Mike Worsham

Mike Worsham has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. Mike started their career at Bank of America in 1984 as a Commercial Banking Officer, where they worked until 2001. In 2002, they joined Paragon Commercial Bank as a Senior Vice President, a position they held for 17 years. Currently, they are the Director of Commercial Banking at First Carolina Bank, a role they have held since 2019.

Mike Worsham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Beyond Academics at UNC Greensboro. Mike completed their MBA in 1983. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they received in 1981.
