Michael Bellissimo

Michael Bellissimo has a wide range of experience in the financial industry, particularly in the field of commercial real estate lending. Michael has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including FVP, Chief Loan Administration/Portfolio Officer at First Central Savings Bank, Director of Real Estate Lending at Melrose Credit Union, EVP, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ACRES Capital, LLC, SVP Credit Management at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, and Chief Underwriter and Deputy Chief Underwriter at Arbor Commercial Mortgage. Michael has also served as Vice Chair at the Nassau County Planning Commission. Before these positions, Michael worked as a Vice President at Dime Savings Bank and an Account Officer at Bank of Montreal. During their career, they have been involved in loan origination, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing of commercial real estate transactions, demonstrating their expertise in the field.

Michael Bellissimo attended Glen Cove High School from 1972 to 1975, where they earned their NYS Regents degree in Math and Science. Michael then pursued higher education at LIU Post from 1976 to 1981, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a minor in Economics.
