Paul Hagan

Paul Hagan is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in financial management and organizational growth. Currently serving as President, COO, and Director at First Central Savings Bank, Paul Hagan successfully led the institution's growth from $650 million to over $900 million in four years while improving all CAMEL ratings. Prior roles include Executive VP-CFO at Hanover Community Bank, where Paul Hagan played a critical role in the bank's turnaround and capitalization efforts, and Interim CFO at Carver Bancorp, Inc., where strategic restructuring was implemented. Additional experience encompasses CFO positions at Community National Bank and Reliance Bancorp, Inc., and earlier roles at KPMG and Long Island Trust Company, building a strong foundation in audit and consulting.
