MacKenzie Schabilion has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across different industries. Currently serving as a Materials Coordinator at John Deere since May 2021, MacKenzie has also held long-term positions as a Bank Teller at First Central State Bank since November 2015 and as a Contract Specialist with the U.S. Army Contracting Command from November 2018 to July 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Team Lead at the U.S. Army Civilian Human Resources Agency and as Assistant to the Managing Director at Northwestern Mutual. MacKenzie began their career in childcare, serving as a Childcare Provider at Kenzie's Care and as a Child and Youth Program Assistant at the RI Arsenal Child Development Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Illinois University and an Associate of Arts degree from Eastern Iowa Community College.
