Emma Neale

Emma Neale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relations and banking operations. Currently serving as Head of Customer Relations at First Central since September 2023, Emma previously held various leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group from June 2007 to March 2023, including Head Of Rectifications and Events in Collections and Recoveries, where responsibility included ensuring customer issues were resolved effectively. Additionally, Emma served as Senior Manager for Retail Rectifications and began the career as a Project Manager at GE Money from 2001 to 2006. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Marketing from Lancaster University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
