Paul Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and operational excellence across various organizations. Currently serving at First Central as a Lean Agile transformation lead and finance transformation programme manager, Paul has successfully revitalized a struggling Workday Financials implementation program and established a framework for continuous improvement in finance operations. Previous roles include managing consultant at Gobeyond Partners, lead agile coach and head of operational excellence at NewDay, and significant positions at RBS including head of risk lean practice, where performance targets were exceeded. Additionally, Paul has a strong engineering background from Jaguar Cars and Ford Motor Company, complemented by an engineering degree from Liverpool John Moores University.
