Bill Blanton has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Bill began their career as an Examiner at the Georgia State Department of Banking and Finance in 1976. Bill then served as the CEO of First Capital Bank (formerly known as Central Gwinnett Bank) from 1989 to 2005. In 2005, they co-owned and chaired CINC Systems. In 2007, Bill joined First Century Bank as the Chairman and CEO, where they played a key role in developing FINTECH offerings and increasing non-interest income. During their time at First Century Bank, they cut overhead by 40% and doubled the size of the bank over a 9-year period. In 2019, Bill founded CINC Capital and currently serves as the Founder and Chairman.
Bill Blanton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Georgia State University, which they attended from 1969 to 1971.
