Paul Dolfi

Paul Dolfi has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Paul started their career in 1995 as a Regional Sales Manager at Yellowbook USA, where they worked for 11 years. In 2006, they joined Union Bank as the Director of Sales and held that position for 13 years. In 2019, Paul became the National Sales Manager at BciCapital Association Services, a role they held for two years. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President and Director of HOA Sales at First Century Bank, starting in May 2021.

Paul Dolfi attended Washington & Jefferson College from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management. In April 2007, they obtained the CMCA certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
