Todd Watson

Todd Watson has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Todd began their career at SunTrust Bank in 1986, where they held various positions, including Internal Control Assistant and Internal Control Officer. Todd later became the First Vice President of Corporate Risk Management/Internal Control, where they worked with different lines of business to establish and maintain control mechanisms. In 2004, they became the First Vice President and Operational Risk Manager for Retail Banking, responsible for establishing various risk management programs. In 2007, they became the Senior Vice President and Operational Risk Manager for Retail Banking and Marketing, where they mitigated operational risks and worked with management to understand them. In 2015, they joined Sterling Currency Group as the Chief Compliance Officer, and then moved to First Century Bank as the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and BSA/AML Officer.

Todd Watson attended the University of Richmond from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Todd later pursued further education at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained an MBA degree.
