Frank Limper is the Owner of Federalist Pens and Paper. Frank is also an Adjunct Instructor at Camden County College, teaching IT courses for certification testing preparation. In addition, Frank works as a Teacher/Tutor at First Children Services, providing homebound teaching and tutoring for MS/HS students. With experience as an IT Instructor at various institutions, Frank has a background in teaching Microsoft and CompTIA certification courses. In the past, Frank worked as a Teacher in the NJ Public School system for over 10 years. Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Network Administration Specialist from Camden County College.
