Lexie Smith, M.A., BCBA, LBA, possesses extensive experience in the field of behavioral therapy and special education. From July 2022 to June 2023, Lexie served as a Special Education Aide at Holland Brook School, working with students aged 9-10 and collaborating with a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to develop behavioral plans and goals. Prior to this role, Lexie was a Behavioral Technician at Innovative Ideas LLC from October 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis support to clients aged 4-16 in home settings. Currently, Lexie holds the position of Behavioral Therapist at First Children Services since October 2023 and is pursuing further education at Florida Institute of Technology from 2022 to 2024.
