FCCF provides holistic support to disadvantaged communities through our educational, vocational, and career readiness & leadership training programs. Our goal is that every member of our community attains the professional position that they desire. We enter into our work without judgment, assumptions, or traditional notions of success. Instead, our programs encourage each of our participants to identify their own goals, and then provide them with the tools, training, mentorship, and space for reflection to achieve those goals.
