Khoi D. Dang

Khoi D. Dang has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of First Choice Bancorp since March 2019. Previous to joining First Choice, Mr. Dang was a partner in the Corporate and Banking Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Duane Morris, LLP, an AM Law 100 law firm with offices worldwide. Prior to this, he was a partner with the boutique banking law firm of Horgan, Rosen, Beckham & Coren, LLP, where he provided legal counsel to community and regional banks throughout the Western United States. Mr. Dang specializes in general corporate and banking law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, and governance. He holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School, a Masters in Global Policy and Strategy from the University of California, San Diego, and a B.A. in English Literature/Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
