Lariza Rosas-Valdez

Lariza Rosas-Valdez is a Physician Assistant Certified currently working at First Choice Community Healthcare since October 2017. Previously, Lariza served as a PA-S at the University of New Mexico from June 2015 to August 2017 and worked as a Specimen Collector at PCLS from June 2014 to December 2014, where responsibilities included explaining tests to patients and preparing specimens for lab analysis. Additionally, Lariza was a Peer Learning Facilitator at the University of New Mexico from January 2012 to May 2014, providing academic support to students, and completed an internship at the University of New Mexico Clinical and Translational Science Center focusing on child abuse prevention. Lariza holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from The University of New Mexico School of Medicine (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of New Mexico (2010-2014). Education also includes a high school diploma from Grants High School (2006-2010).
