Phillip has expertise in managing Active Directory, Avaya, Exchange, Google Apps, KnowBe4, and Lync/Skype for Business systems. In addition, Phillip has experience in backup processes, data recovery testing, workforce management forecasting, and call center operations. Phillip holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Holyoke Community College.
