Warren Maxwell

Warren Maxwell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at First Choice Health since August 2010, Warren became a key player on the senior executive team for the largest independent PPO network in the Northwestern U.S. Prior to this role, Warren was the Controller at First Choice Health from 2005 to 2010, where effective leadership fostered operational efficiencies and interdepartmental relationships. Previously, Warren held the position of Accounting Manager at Providence Health System from 2004 to 2005, leading a team responsible for financial reporting across multiple organizations. Warren's background also includes significant experience as an Accounting Manager at Premier Lease & Loan Services starting in 1993, as well as earlier roles in that organization focusing on cash management and financial data analysis. Warren holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington and completed a 9-month Executive Development Program at the same institution in 2013.
