Laura Skilling

Laura Skilling is an experienced operational manager with extensive expertise in property care and repairs, currently serving at First Choice Homes Oldham since January 2009. In this role, Laura manages multi-skilled teams to deliver high-quality repair services, while also overseeing performance management for both staff and subcontractors. Previous roles include planning and recruitment positions at prominent financial and consulting firms, such as Deloitte & Touche LLP and Credit Suisse, where Laura honed skills in recruitment, scheduling, and client relationship management. Laura holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Leeds Beckett University and a BA in History from UCL.
